So, Like, I have H1N1.
And while this is all well and good, it also means that I may have unintentionally closed the school down.
And while THAT'S all fantastic, if the school's shut down for any large amount of time, it means I'm going to lose my Biology credit, which I don't need to graduate or anything, but that still SUCKS.
And don't you just love how when you're really sick, all of a sudden no-one wants you around?
For example, the phone conversation I had with my Oma (Grandmother) the other day.

Me: Yeah, sorry Oma, I can't come over to clean today, I'm really sick.
Oma: Oh, but are you sure you can't? Not even for an hour or so? I mean, you don't have to do TOO much...
Me: Oma, I have H1N1.
Oma: OH. Well, then, ja, you can stay home, get some rest, of course, of course...stay home.

YEAH. SHE'S GOT MY BEST INTERESTS AT HEART.
I love Oma. I do. I don't want to get her sick.

So my diet has consisted mainly of tylenol and water for the last three days, and I've lost something like eleven pounds between that and the fluctuating fever. Fun times.
But I'm on the mend. I think.
And dear Katie, never fear, I will get around to your crackwhore birthday art. You may get it incredibly and ridiculously late, but you will get it.
I promise.
